Event Description

2026 Summer Institutes

Positive relationships between children and adults are at the heart of healthy child development. When high-quality interactions serve as the foundation for learning, children build the early literacy, executive functioning, language, and social skills they need to succeed in elementary school and beyond.

This interactive 90-minute virtual institute is designed for educators, caregivers, and program leaders who are committed to supporting young children’s growth and development.

Participants will have opportunities to engage in discussion, ask questions, share expertise and experiences with peers, and practice strategies in real time. The institute provides practical, research-based approaches to fostering intentional interactions, strengthening relationships, and creating safe, inclusive, and engaging early learning environments.

To preserve the intimate and collaborative nature of the experience, the institute will not be recorded. The session is intentionally designed as a live, engaging learning opportunity where participants can openly reflect, connect with peers, and actively participate in conversations and practice that cannot be fully replicated through a recording.

Participants will leave with actionable tools, increased confidence, and effective strategies they can immediately incorporate into their daily practice the very next day.
