Event Description

Introducing Pinecone Path:
A New Literacy Curriculum for the Year Before Kindergarten

Join us for an informational webinar about a brand-new curriculum, Pinecone Path, and discover how it brings together reading science, joyful learning, and quality relationships to prepare every child for kindergarten.

A comprehensive, year-long literacy curriculum, Pinecone Path:

  • Is rooted in the science of reading and modeled on the evidence-based SEEDS Professional Learning Framework for early childhood educators

  • Provides the essential early literacy, oral language, executive functioning, and social skills that children need to thrive in kindergarten

  • Supports every educator with fully-articulated lessons, built-in assessments and reteaching, and embedded professional learning

  • Hones educators’ ability to provide the caring, sensitive interactions that children need

  • Offers seamless instructional alignment with our K–5 ELA curriculum, Collaborative Literacy, ensuring a cohesive literacy journey from Pre-K/TK through grade 5

Thanks to its flexible design, Pinecone Path can serve as your comprehensive literacy curriculum for the year before kindergarten, or be used as an adaptable supplement in any Transitional Kindergarten (TK) or Pre-K classroom.

Pinecone Path will be published in June 2026 and available for implementation in the 2026–2027 school year.
