Collaborative Coach for SEEDS of Learning 2025-26 Cohort 

Welcome to the registration site for the SEEDS of Learning cohort taking place between September 2025 - September 2026. Event Details

• Coaching is for current site coordinators, lead teachers, aides, and paraprofessionals using SEEDS of Learning.
• Participants must have access to their Learning Portal account. 
• Certificates of completion will be provided to educators who complete the cohort. 

Fees and Payment

• $1600 per educator for 1-year access 
• ​Payment options include purchase order (PO), e-check (ACH), or credit card (CC). 
• If using a PO, please have the number ready and an electronic copy to upload. 
• The Primary Contact listed on the registration will receive the invoice and communications related to billing and payments. 
• If you have already prepaid for your Collaborative Coach cohort, please include the purchase order number connected to your prepayment and register using the package labeled prepaid.

Refund and Transfer Policies  

• A full refund is available if requested 30 days or more prior to your site's start date.
• ​Refund requests must be made in writing to collabcoach@collaborativeclassroom.org.
• Transfers of registration are allowed within the first 7 days after your site's start date.  
• Transfer requests must be made in writing to collabcoach@collaborativeclassroom.org.
