Introducing SIPPS, Fifth Edition: Systematic, Explicit Decoding Instruction for Grades K–12

Join us to get to know SIPPS®, Fifth Edition, a research-based, systematic decoding program that helps new and striving readers quickly develop the accuracy and automaticity needed for fluent independent reading.

During this webinar, Collaborative Classroom program experts will provide a detailed overview of the program and discuss the SIPPS approach to foundational skills instruction.

Learn how the SIPPS program:

  • Accelerates and solidifies students’ mastery of foundational skills
  • Is flexible, adaptable, and differentiated
  • Provides engaging age-appropriate decodable texts
  • Can be used across all three tiers of instruction and is MTSS-aligned
  • Is effective with both young readers (K–3) and older striving readers (4–12)
  • Makes the most of precious instructional time for each student
  • Corresponds to the specific phases of reading development
  • Gives teachers easy-to-use assessment tools and mastery tests to ensure success
  • Provides ample opportunities for students to apply and practice new learning
  • Supports multilingual learners and provides support for every reader
