SEEDS Relationship-Based Coaching Certification  


The SEEDS of Relationship-Based Coaching Certification is a training, coaching, and Response-to-Intervention framework used with educators and leaders to ensure equitable outcomes for children in their programs through impactful instruction and interaction. This training series is for anyone seeking coaching certification and/or will provide instructional coaching within their program.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Apply pedagogy of mindsets, change management, and relationship science to instructional coaching.
  • Learn, practice, and receive feedback on coaching strategies to increase efficacy.
  • Understand the role of bias and privilege in teaching and coaching to disrupt patterns of inequity.
  • Identify how to apply the SEEDS coaching cycle to reflect, plan and set goals for the children and teachers you serve in your program.
  • Identify and understand how to use the proven SEEDS tools and forms within your program to increase program fidelity and outcomes.
Who Should Attend: This training series is for anyone seeking coaching certification and/or will provide instructional coaching within their program.

Schedule and Details

Dates: 10/1, 10/8, and 10/15 (First three Tuesdays in October)

Session Times: 8 AM–2 PM PT | 9 AM–3 PM MT | 10 AM–4 PM CT | 11 AM–5 PM ET 

  • Participants must attend all sessions to be eligible to become a certified coach.
  • Participants who complete the training will be licensed for 2 years. 
  • Certificates of completion for 18 hours will be provided to educators who complete the training. 
  • Registration Closes: Tuesday, September 17, 2024
  • Pre-payment or Purchase Order needed by Tuesday, September 17, 2024 to fulfill shipping of the coaching manual. 

Fees and Payment 

  • Registration Fee is $1585.00 and includes the coaching manual and shipping/handling costs. 
  • ​Payment options include purchase order (PO), e-check (ACH), or credit card (CC). 
  • If using a PO, please have the number ready and an electronic copy to upload. 
  • The Primary Contact listed on the registration will receive the invoice and communications related to billing and payments. 
  • If you already prepaid for this training, please include the purchase order number or sales order number connected to your prepayment and register using the package labeled prepaid.
  • Pre-payment or Purchase Order needed in advance by September 17, 2024 to fulfill the shipping of the coaching manual for trainees.
